Austins has had a busy month but our highlight has to be congratulating a purchaser on her new home. We are in high spirits and happy to see another happy client. This purchase was also very special as we have introduced our ‘Purchaser Hamper’ an exclusive hamper full of lovely treats and goodies that you need when you first move in.
Moving house can be a stressful time and getting all those essentials ready such as tea, biscuits and air freshner can be easily forgotte! As you know, when your helpers arrive to move belongings in your new home. You will need tea and biscuits to keep everyone fuelled for the day ahead! We also include a ‘Home Sweet Home’ plaque as we feel this is very fitting!
Austins understand how the sales process may seem long and lengthy. However we make sure the contact between vendor, purchaser and both solicitors is regular and current, but most importantly updates are given to both parties. We have all bought and sold houses for ourselves, therefore we know what frustrations can lie ahead, we feel that this has to change!
