Yes is the simple answer! Wolverhampton is fast becoming a growing and thriving city. The population is increasing and more people are deciding to buy here. Recently Wolverhampton’s local newspaper the Express and Star, reported that the schools in Wolverhampton are starting to expand due to increase of pupils applying for school places.

Why Wolverhampton?

Affordable housing quite simply, the houses in Wolverhampton vary but the most typical type of property that the city has to offer is the traditional three bed semi-detached house. These houses offer a good family home with excellent amenities including good local schools, excellent commuting links and thriving shopping centres. Heath Park Business & Enterprise College was awarded ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted in their last inspection therefore this school and the surrounding area is becoming sought after. The school has also had an impressive refurbisment with a fantastic new building able to cope with the demand! Bentley Bridge Shopping Complex is also another development that has grown over the years packed full of great shops and attractions to visit, it is located in the Wednesfield area. This is also another popular area where young families decide to settle and has a good community spririt. I also grew up in this area and very happy memories here!.

Wolverhampton is really starting to become the place to be as it has so much to offer. Not only are buyers seeing the potential that our city has to offer but recently the team have experienced high volumes of calls from property investors located in the London area. Investors have a portfolio of properties and it seems that investors in London are starting to take interest in Wolverhampton as the properties are worth their value. Whether it’s for a buy to let investment or a project which requires a lot of internal work for a resale. It’s certainly becoming a very busy city!

Think property think Wolverhampton!
