• Gas Safety Certificate
• Energy Performance Certificate
• Electrical Installation Condition Report
• Smoke & Carbon Monoxide Alarms fitted on every floor
• Risk Assessments (Fire, Legionella & Asbestos)

Tenant Checklist 

• Tenant Identification
• Previous three months of bank statements
• Previous three months of payslips
• Any previous rental experience references
• Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement (AST)
• Guarantors Identification & Agreement (If applicable)
• How to rent guide
• Deposit Protection Scheme (DPS) Reference number & Clause Leaflet
• Notify Council & All utility providers.
