Fully managed at 10% includes:

• Marketing on web portals such as Rightmove, Zoopla, Spare Room, Gumtree and Facebook
• Full referencing on all potential tenants
• Free photographic inventory
• Rent collection with monthly statements
• Quarter yearly inspections with inspection reports
• Longlist of fully qualified contractors for any maintenance issue
• Check out procedure with final inspection report

Let only 75% includes:

• Free rental appraisal with up to date valuation
• Marketing on web portals such as Rightmove, Zoopla, Spare Room, Gumtree and Facebook
• Full referencing on all potential tenants

Marketing & Matching
When it comes to the time of marketing your property, we have it covered! We will market your property on all the above web portals including our very own website! Austins will display your property in our office window as well as having our eye catching marketing boards. Matching tenants to properties is something we love to do! We obtain as much information as possible about our tenants requirements, in order to match them to the right property.

Honest and Constructive Feed Back
We conduct accompanied viewings and provide you with regular, honest and constructive feedback via telephone and viewing reports. Once we have found a suitable applicant, you will be given a full referenced profile before the tenancy is approved.
